Miss Fabulous Beauty uses SF Express as its main shipping provider. For the first 1kg of a shipment, the cost is HK$30. After that, an additional HK$6 is charged for every 0.5kg. Customers in Hong Kong who make purchases exceeding HK$600 are eligible for free shipping.

The SMS pickup notification from SF Express Hong Kong will be replaced by the SFHK App!

Starting from August 6, 2024, SF Express Hong Kong will no longer send SMS notifications for package pickup. Instead, the SFHK App will be used for pickup notifications. Customers will need to download and use the SFHK App to receive pickup notifications. Once your package arrives, you’ll receive a notification through the app.

Simply open the app and present the “Self-pickup Code” to retrieve your package.

We recommend enabling push notifications on your phone to avoid missing any delivery alerts. You can also use the SFHK App to track your package status in real time.

Pick up at S.F. Locker

If customer chooses the S.F. Locker and fails to complete the pickup within the first 24 hours after the courier successfully dispatched to the locker. An accumulative fee of HK$10 will be charged by S.F. Express for every 24-hour as a unit thereafter.
