How to Use: For aromatherapy, add 1-2 drops per 10 m² to a diffuser or aroma lamp. For bath, add up to 10 drops to warm water, preferably pre-mixed with carrier oil. For massage, mix up to 15 drops with 50 ml carrier oil and apply to skin. For inhalation, add a few drops to hot water and inhale steam at a safe distance. Do not apply undiluted oil directly to skin. Not for internal use.
