Recommended Usage:
Stir 1 sachet (2.5 g) into a small amount of water, diluted fruit juice, milk, yogurt, or cereal.

It is recommended to take on an empty stomach, such as before breakfast, before dinner or before bedtime.
For toddlers up to 3 years: 1 sachet twice daily during antibiotic therapy, followed by once daily for 10–14 days.
For children aged 3–6 years: 1–2 sachets twice daily during antibiotic therapy, followed by once daily for 10–14 days.
Ideally, maintain a gap of at least 1 hour between taking the probiotic and the antibiotic.
Reminders:
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
If you have a known fructose intolerance, extend the activation time to 30 minutes.
The bacteria will metabolize almost all prebiotics (FOS/Inulin) during the extended activation period.
This product contains small amounts of fiber which serve as specific food for the bacteria.
While suitable for diabetics and those with milk allergies, consult a professional if you have specific concerns.
Do not mix with boiling or very hot liquids to avoid damaging the live cultures.
