Recommended Usage:
Adults:
Once daily for adults.
Stir 1 sachet into approximately 1/8 l (125 ml) of water.
Wait for at least 10 minutes for the activation process.
Stir again and drink, preferably on an empty stomach.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Women:
Daily intake is recommended starting from the 7th month of pregnancy.
Postpartum women may continue with daily intake as usual.
Breastfed infants:
Once daily, stir 1 sachet into 1 tablespoon of breast milk or lukewarm water until dissolved.
Wait for at least 10 minutes for the activation process, then use a pipette to drop the mixture directly into the infant's mouth.
Non-breastfed infants:
Once daily, stir 1 sachet directly into the prepared bottle.
Ensure the liquid temperature does not exceed 40°C and allow 10 minutes for activation.
Reminders:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Do not mix with liquids exceeding 40°C to preserve probiotic viability.
The 10-minute activation time is crucial for the effectiveness of the product.
Consuming on an empty stomach is recommended for optimal results.
Mothers may continue daily intake even after the breastfeeding period.
Daily application is recommended throughout the infant's first year of life.
