Recommended Usage:
Take 1 to 2 times daily by stirring 1 to 2 sachets (3 g each) into approx. 1/8 L of water, diluted fruit juice, milk, tea (up to max. 40°C), yogurt, or similar liquids.
Wait at least 1 minute for the activation time after stirring.
Stir once more before consuming.
It is recommended to take it on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning due to the energy-boosting B vitamins.
Reminders:
The liquid used to dissolve the powder must not be hotter than 40°C, as bacteria cannot tolerate temperatures higher than the human body.
Do not use coffee, alcohol, or products with a very acidic pH value (e.g. soda, grapefruit juice, vinegar) for preparation.
Ideally, the liquid should not contain carbon dioxide (non-carbonated).
If you have a known fructose intolerance, extend the activation time to 30 minutes to allow the bacteria to almost completely metabolize the prebiotics.
The liquid will take on a golden-yellow nuance due to the natural B vitamins included in the formula.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.
