Balea Whitening and Spotting Essence with Panthenol can provide effective moisture and protect the skin from dryness.
The formula containing high-efficiency active ingredients is designed to lighten pigment spots and provide visible results.
Formulas containing vitamin C can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase responsible for melanin production, thereby having a lightening effect.
Pigmentation spots and skin discoloration are reduced, and the complexion looks even and radiant.
In addition, vitamins E and C have antioxidant effects.
A scientific test+ confirmed that the whitening and spot removal serum can lighten blemishes in the skin tone.

Application:
