Delivery Methods
Miss Fabulous Beauty primarily uses SF Express for shipping. The basic charge is HK$30 for the first kilogram, with an additional charge of HK$6 per subsequent kilogram. Customers who spend HK$600 or more in a single purchase are entitled to one free local delivery in Hong Kong.

‼️Attention Customers‼️
Starting 6 August 2024, SF Hong Kong will no longer send SMS notifications for parcel collection. Instead, the SFHK APP will be used for collection notifications. Customers need to download and use the SFHK APP to receive pickup notifications. Once the parcel arrives, customers will receive a notification through the app. Simply open the app and present the "Pickup Code" to collect your parcel.
Enable push notifications on your mobile device to avoid missing delivery updates. You can also track your parcel in real-time through the SFHK APP.
Important: If using SF Lockers, please note that customers must collect their parcel within 24 hours after it is successfully placed in the locker. If the parcel is not collected within the first 24 hours, SF Express will charge an additional fee of HK$10 for every subsequent 24-hour period.

General Notes:
All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 2–4 days. For special cases such as out-of-stock or pre-order items, we will contact the buyer directly. Please ensure that your phone number and email address are accurate.
If your order includes pre-order items, we will dispatch all items together once they are ready.
Overseas Shipping :
Shipping fees for overseas orders are borne by the customer. The shipping cost will be confirmed and communicated after the order is placed. Free shipping promotions are only applicable to local deliveries within Hong Kong. Overseas shipments are excluded from this offer.
Please check if your destination country has any import restrictions or customs requirements.
For customers in Macau and Taiwan:
Please include your ID name and number in the order notes for customs clearance purposes.
Customs fees may vary depending on the destination country/region and are the customer's responsibility.
Prices listed on our website for Macau and Taiwan customers are tax-exclusive. Additional fees, such as customs duties, may apply at the time of delivery and are also the customer's responsibility.
Additional Charges:
We reserve the right to charge extra fees in the following situations:
Multiple delivery destinations for a single order
Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
No recipient at the specified address or time, resulting in re-delivery or storage fees
