The B-vitamin complex consists of a total of 8 vitamins: folic acid, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, niacin, and biotin.

Application:

Take 1 tablet daily after a meal with sufficient liquid, without chewing.
